The mold workshop can develop various shapes of heat-insulating strip molds according to customers' demands, and it can manufacture more than 80 sets of various shapes of heat-insulating strip molds in a month, and the cycle time of mold completion is generally between 5 and 15 days. All the performance indexes of the nylon heat insulation strips produced by the profile extrusion workshop reach the national standard of GB/23615.1-2009, and the important technical indexes of the products, such as tensile strength and dimensional accuracy, reach the international advanced level. The R&D department can develop heat insulating strips with special performance requirements according to customers' requirements, such as providing European customers with heat insulating strips whose flame retardant performance reaches the EN13501-1 class  E level, or providing American customers with heat insulating strips whose performance reaches the ASTMC864 standard.
