1. Appearance. There are shrinkage holes and looseness; while PVC heat insulation strips are bright black, without any trademark, with rough body, obvious mold extrusion traces, a large number of shrinkage holes and looseness, and asymmetric and irregular head size.
2. Ordinary Ignition Test. Nylon heat insulation strip is not easy to ignite, burning yellowish flame, PVC heat insulation strip is easy to ignite, burning blue flame, and release a lot of pungent black smoke.
3. Break Test. Take I type specification 625px specimen for manpower breaking test, nylon heat insulation can feel good toughness and strength when bending, bending to the ends together will not break, even if the break is slow crack phenomenon; other imports or domestic nylon heat insulation strip either brittle obvious, bending to the ends of the still have a certain distance between the phenomenon of multi-segment burst (caused by the glass fiber particles are not uniform), either toughness is obvious, repeated Bending many times constantly (due to insufficient glass fiber content); PVC insulation strip is very soft, basically no strength, repeated bending will not break.
